Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the 3star platform via https://3star.bio or any associated channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
3star services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use of online betting services is lawful under the applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 3star reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 3star platform. Creating more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
3star shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a 3star platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure or security systems
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with a third party
- Depositing or withdrawing funds through unauthorised or illegitimate methods
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 3star platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). The platform supports recognised local payment methods, including internet banking, FPX, and digital wallets available to Malaysian users.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current conditions and may change from time to time. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before being processed. 3star reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until the review is fully completed.
Bonuses and promotions credited to your account are subject to the wagering requirements stated in their respective promotional terms. Bonus credits cannot be directly converted to cash without first meeting the specified conditions. 3star is not responsible for any losses arising from the use of bonus funds.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses or promotions through unauthorised or fraudulent means will result in the cancellation of all relevant bonuses and the suspension of the accounts involved.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
3star provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from technical disruptions, or entirely error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3star shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Account Suspension and Closure
3star reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or conduct that may compromise the integrity of the platform. In confirmed suspension cases resulting from a terms violation, any outstanding bonus balance that has not met its conditions will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be processed in accordance with 3star's internal procedures.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3star platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and related materials — is the exclusive property of 3star or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 3star.

Changes to Terms
